We use trusted third-party platforms to operate our business, including but not limited to: GoHighLevel (CRM, automations, communications), Calendly (scheduling), Google Workspace (email and storage), Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), and analytics providers. These processors only handle your information as needed to provide their services to us and are bound by their own privacy commitments. Your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where these providers operate.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features of the Site may not function properly without them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations. When you cease being a client and reasonable retention obligations have lapsed, we will delete or anonymize your personal information on request, unless retention is required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and vetted third-party processors. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed without authorization.

When you provide your phone number and consent, Tianyao Su DBA Accelerate Automation may text you in connection with your inquiry — including a reply if we miss your call, plus scheduling and service updates.
