Melada Construction

Melada Construction has spent more than 30 years building for homeowners and businesses across the DFW Metroplex. Kitchens, additions, roofing, foundations, painting, and commercial build-outs. The craft was proven. What the business needed was a way for new customers to find it and reach it.

The Problem

Melada’s reputation came from decades of work, but very little of it lived online. There was no Google Business Profile bringing in local searches, and no website that showed the range of jobs the team takes on. When the crew was on a site, a call could go unanswered, and an unanswered call from someone who needs a contractor usually means that person calls the next name on the list.

What We Built

We set Melada up with a full growth system, designed and built in house.

The website is custom, built on Astro for speed, and live now at meladaconstruction.com. It shows residential and commercial work in one place and makes it easy for a visitor to get in touch.

The Google Business Profile was created from scratch and optimized so people searching for a remodeler, roofer, or contractor in the DFW area find Melada in local results.

We also set up lead generation and an AI voice receptionist to answer the phones.

How It Works

A customer searches for a contractor in the DFW Metroplex and finds Melada through the Google Business Profile or the website. The site loads fast and points them to one clear action, which is to get in touch. The AI voice receptionist answers when they call.

Results

Melada now has an online presence that works while the crew is on the job. The website is live and scores 97 for performance and 100 for accessibility, best practices, and SEO in Google Lighthouse. The Google Business Profile is active and optimized for DFW searches. The lead generation and the AI voice receptionist are in place.
